1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and products provided by Lemon Jam Lab (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our" or "us") through our website and any other communication channels. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We offer creative services such as design, illustration, consulting, and digital products. The specific scope and pricing of services will be defined individually in written agreements or offers.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are provided in euros (€) and may be subject to VAT, depending on your location. Payment terms will be outlined in the respective offer or invoice. Invoices must be paid within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, illustrations, templates, and content created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After payment, the rights granted will be specified in the agreement (e.g., usage rights, commercial use). Full copyright transfer is not automatic and must be agreed upon in writing.
5. Delivery
Timelines and deliverables will be agreed upon individually. We are not liable for delays due to force majeure or third-party failures (e.g., hosting, delivery services, etc.).
6. Refunds and Cancellation
Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are not possible after project work has started. Cancellations are only possible before the project begins and must be communicated in writing.
7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party claims resulting from the use of our services or products. Liability for intentional or gross negligence remains unaffected.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB)

1. Geltungsbereich
Diese AGB gelten für alle Dienstleistungen und Produkte, die von Lemon Jam Lab (nachfolgend „wir“ oder „uns“) über unsere Website oder andere Kommunikationskanäle angeboten werden. Mit der Nutzung unserer Leistungen stimmen Sie diesen Bedingungen zu.
2. Leistungen
Wir bieten kreative Dienstleistungen wie Design, Illustration, Beratung sowie digitale Produkte an. Umfang und Preisgestaltung werden im jeweiligen Angebot oder Vertrag individuell festgelegt.
3. Preise und Zahlung
Alle Preise verstehen sich in Euro (€) und ggf. zuzüglich der gesetzlichen Umsatzsteuer. Die Zahlungsbedingungen werden im jeweiligen Angebot oder auf der Rechnung angegeben. Sofern nicht anders vereinbart, sind Rechnungen innerhalb von 14 Tagen zu begleichen.
4. Urheberrecht und Nutzungsrechte
Alle von uns erstellten Designs, Illustrationen, Vorlagen und Inhalte bleiben bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser geistiges Eigentum. Nach Zahlung werden die vereinbarten Nutzungsrechte übertragen. Eine vollständige Übertragung der Urheberrechte erfolgt nur bei ausdrücklicher schriftlicher Vereinbarung.
5. Lieferung und Fristen
Liefertermine und Projektfristen werden individuell vereinbart. Für Verzögerungen aufgrund höherer Gewalt oder durch Dritte (z. B. Hostingdienste) übernehmen wir keine Haftung.
6. Stornierung und Rückerstattung
Da unsere Leistungen individuell erstellt werden, sind Rückerstattungen nach Projektbeginn ausgeschlossen. Eine Stornierung ist nur vor Beginn des Projekts möglich und muss schriftlich erfolgen.
7. Haftung
Wir übernehmen keine Haftung für mittelbare Schäden, entgangenen Gewinn oder Ansprüche Dritter, die durch die Nutzung unserer Leistungen entstehen. Die Haftung bei Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit bleibt unberührt.
8. Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtsstand
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Gerichtsstand ist Hamburg, Deutschland.
9. Änderungen der AGB
Wir behalten uns vor, diese AGB jederzeit zu ändern. Die jeweils aktuelle Fassung ist auf unserer Website veröffentlicht.
